Event Rentals

The Hispanic Cultural Center is a beautiful and unique venue for intimate events

Click on each section below to learn more about hosting your event.

Functions hosting more than 100 guests must be catered by a licensed caterer/company. The Cultural Center does not supply linens, dishes, flatware, glassware, or other materials generally handled by caterers.

The Cultural Center has a liquor license. If parties renting the facility plan to sell alcoholic beverages, they must plan with a bartending service or caterer that supplies a TIPS-trained bartender. Those who plan to give alcohol to their guests at no cost must discuss arrangements with the Cultural Center before the event booking can be confirmed.

Most events are scheduled to start no earlier than 8 am and end no later than 11:30 pm, with all activities completely concluded by 12 am.

The price of a wedding includes access to the building from 9 am to 11 pm on the day of the event. We ask that the bar closes at 11 pm at the latest and that ALL guests depart the grounds by 12 am.

No overnight parking is allowed on HCCI premises. Please make prior arrangements.

Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis that considers the type of event, duration, and other particulars.

In addition to our mission, we share our beautiful space with non-profit partners at a discounted rate. We understand the importance of operating expenses, fundraising needs, and the impact of every dollar your organization works so hard to raise or earn. We will therefore make every attempt to provide your organization with the best venue and service while working with your budget.

Your discount will be shown on your rental agreement. As a colleague in this non-profit world, we ask that you recognize the Cultural Center as a partner at the appropriate sponsorship benefits/levels.

Attendance should not exceed 260. A band with a dance floor and/or buffet, for instance, will limit floor space and therefore the number of tables and chairs available to your guests. On the other hand, an event that does not attempt to seat everyone can accommodate more guests. While the Hewlett Packard Main Hall serves as the centerpiece of the event, our bar is available for an additional cost for 21+ guests.

(Children should not be left unattended during an event. Any damage to the center will be charged to the contract signee. No loitering on premises near or around the center grounds.)

The Cultural Center works with external caterers that have access to our attached serving kitchen. We can also supply power to a catering truck in which some of the food preparation takes place.

HCCI provides security, as well as a licensed T.I.P.S, registered bartender for an additional fee (see contract pricing.) Since there are several ways to manage this aspect of your event and special considerations for each of them, arrangements should be discussed during the planning stage and detailed in your contract.

The Hispanic Cultural Center of Idaho charges a flat fee for weddings. Additional services (rehearsals, special considerations not detailed above, etc.) may be subject to additional fees, to be determined during discussions and specified in the contract.
